FlexSol recognizes that customer expectations are ever changing. To achieve
our “Quality Vision”, we are committed to a Continuous Improvement process
driven by our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
Quality Steering Team
Leadership for FlexSol’s quality initiatives starts at the “top”. The
corporate Quality Steering Team is comprised of the company’s Senior
Management Team and is chaired by our CEO, Brian Stevenson. We also
implement project level Quality Teams to train, implement and audit our
processes - reporting back to our Senior Management Team.
Quality Philosophy
At FlexSol, quality is the responsibility of the machine operator.
Quality personnel function as auditors & consultants, making suggestions to
continuously improve our products and processes.
Quality Systems
All production facilities are ISO 9001:2000 registered and two are
certified by the American Institute of Bakers.
